Bhopal Gas,Bar and Media.
Bhopal Gas, Bar and Media.
I am a taxi driver and I have permit to run a cab. There fore I want that now the government should not give any more permits to drive any more taxie in the city. I have no permit therefore I want that government should grant permits. I am a passenger and I could board a train or a bus hence I wish that now no passenger should board the bus or train. I could not get entry in the bus or train; I wish that at least I should get entry. This is our psychology and nothing wrong in it. There fore this is not criteria to decide how many permits should be given or how many passengers should be accommodated in the public transport.
Media whether print or visual has abused judiciary to the maximum. Now as a citizen I would like to ask both of them. Firstly I would ask advocates how they conducted the cases relating to Bhopal Gas before the Supreme Court and other courts and how much fees was totally charged for arguments and giving consultation to the governments. How much they charged for contingent expenses and other sundry expenses. .I will equally ask the advocates who appeared on behalf of victims about the same issue. How their work and arguments could convince the courts and how much they studied the law relating to tort and penal code. So called luminary in this field should ask it self how far they took the task seriously and study the law every time to put forward their legal arguments and how far they usually depend on their memory and argue out the cases with surmises and conjecture. My question to media is what it was doing for last 26years after Bhopal Gas disaster happened. Whether it was also grabbing money? How much money was spent on the media by the government should also be known to the public. The reality is every one was busy in making money.
Did media perform its duty rightly? If media wants answer form judges and politicians public also wants answers form the media.
My question is why media is opposing for foreign media to enter in India and equally I will ask the Bar why it also opposes the entry of the Bar to India? We want foreign material of every kind, whether they are consumable goods, cosmetics or contraceptives, games or toys. Comforts or luxuries. We want foreign culture of pubs and living style and we condemn the Indian culture as non secular and bourgeois. No body wants competitors to challenge monopoly in their profession. All including intelligencia has become selfish and have tunnel view only. To increase the standard of the Bar and of the rotten media it is necessary that foreign entry in these fields may be allowed by the government.
